Out-of-State 学费 Reciprocity

Our reciprocity agreements let students in select counties in northern Kentucky and southeast 印第安纳州 take classes for in-state tuition rates. 

Kentucky Residents Reciprocity

Residents of the following counties in Kentucky qualify for in-state tuition rates:  

• 布恩 
• 欧洲蕨 
• Campbell 
• 卡罗尔 
• 加勒廷 
• 格兰特 
• 肯特 
• Pendleton 

To qualify for reciprocity, students must be admitted to Cincinnati State as a degree-seeking student in an associate or bachelor degree program. Certificate programs are not included in this tuition reciprocity agreement. 

Reciprocity with Northern Kentucky University 

This reciprocity agreement also allows graduates of Cincinnati State who are residents of Butler, 克莱蒙特, 汉密尔顿, and Warren Counties in 俄亥俄州 to enroll in certain bachelor degree programs at Northern Kentucky University and pay Kentucky resident tuition rates. 转移 students must satisfy all NKU transfer admission requirements. 

印第安纳州 Residents Reciprocity

Residents of the following counties in 印第安纳州 qualify for in-state tuition rates: 

To qualify for reciprocity students must be admitted to Cincinnati State as a degree-seeking student in an associate’s degree or certificate program. Cincinnati State Nursing programs are not included in this reciprocity agreement. 

Reciprocity with 印第安纳州 Colleges 

This reciprocity agreement also allows residents of Butler, 主持, 美世,  群, 谢尔比, and Van Wert Counties in 俄亥俄州 to attend Ball State University, 印第安纳州 University East, Ivy 科技 Community College of 印第安纳州 (Region 6 or Region 9) and Purdue University College of 科技nology at Muncie and Richmond and pay 印第安纳州 resident tuition rates. There are some program exclusions and program enrollment limits. 联系 the Office of Admission to learn more. 

俄亥俄州 Residency Guidelines 

学费 is charged on the basis of residence in the State of 俄亥俄州 or residence outside of the State of 俄亥俄州. A student with a question of their right to claim legal residence in the State of 俄亥俄州 for educational purposes may request that Cincinnati State review their residency status. 
 
A student can initiate the review process by submitting a Review of Residency form to the Office of the Registrar at least five working days prior to the beginning of the term in which the student plans to enroll.
