为我们国家的退伍军人和现役军人服务

ATTENTION; Updated 12.12.2022: 退伍军人事务部将于2022年1月14日更新其用于认证退伍军人福利的系统. 该系统将不可用至少2周. 正因为如此, you are urged to contact us for instructions on how to certify your 好处 before this system update. You should be enrolled and fill out the VA enrollment form before Jan 9th so that your certification can be submitted before Jan 13th. 不这样做可能会延迟支付你的退伍军人福利.

PLEASE NOTE: The College will put a hold on your account once your 好处 have been certified with the VA. The hold is meant to stop you from dropped or withdrawing from courses until you talk to our office so that we can help you. Dropping or withdrawing after the 100% refund period can negatively affect your 好处 and we want to help you to understand what that means for your account.

此时此刻, support for students that are Active Duty 军事 should direct all questions about their 金融援助 options to the VSAO Manager. The Manager will work with 金融援助 and the Bursar to answer your questions.

PLEASE NOTE: All Active Duty 军事 are required to receive approval from the student’s ESO, 军事顾问, 或在入学前服兵役.

The Bursar processes the 联邦学费援助 (FTA) on behalf of the Active Duty 军事 student:

Students interested in having their military training and coursework evaluated should send their official transcripts to the 注册商. All transcripts are reviewed by the appropriate Program Chair and the Dean of the Academic Division. 只要有可能，就会获得学分. The number of transfer credits that can be applied toward the Service Member’s educational program is at the discretion of the Program Director.

Additional 学费 Assistance(TA) funds are a source of financial aid for active duty military. Each Branch of Service has it’s own policies and procedures for applying for a TA. For more information and 应用 for a TA, please visit the the Department of Defense 国防部网站.

Once you apply for the TA on the DoD website, please contact the Manager of Veterans Affairs. The VA office and the Bursar will work with you to outline additional steps that are needed from you to use the TA funds at 辛辛那提州: veterans@dfguihua.com

退还学费资助: 军事学费援助(TA) is awarded to a student under the assumption that the student will attend school for the entire period for which the assistance is awarded. 当学生退学时, the student may no longer be eligible for the full amount of TA funds originally awarded.
